According to Konig, there isn't a K-Summit chain available that's compatible with your 255/60-20 tire size.
We do offer chains that will fit that tire size, but nothing that offers rim protection. The easiest to install chains would be a cam-tensioner style chain like the Titan Chain # TC2228CAM. Sounds like you are trying to determine if your 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee has the factory tow package so you can pick out the correct trailer wiring harness.
